Spot a leak. Start a fix.
Notice, report, and follow up on a water leak at home, school, or work.
How to try this hack

Treated drinking water takes energy to collect, clean, pump, and deliver. A drip that seems tiny can waste thousands of litres over a year — and the energy that went into every litre. Fixing leaks protects water supplies and quietly cuts unnecessary emissions.
Fix or report drips you control. Put a cup under a slow drip for an hour if you need proof to share. Keep a short note of what you found.
At school, work, or in an apartment building, propose a five-minute leak walk once a term. Share a simple reporting channel. Ask facilities to publish how many leaks were fixed — progress motivates more spotting.
